WHAT IS THE MEANING OF KAIZEN?
The word Kaizen means a process of continuous improvement - often the idea of taking one small step at a time and perfecting it so far as possible.
The “zen” in Kaizen emphasizes the learn-by-doing aspect of improvement.
Kaizen process includes making changes and looking at the results, then adjusting it.
The idea futher explores the price or effort and self-sacrifice made for this incremental improvement.
